Programs
Whether your athlete is just picking up a volleyball for the first time or competing at the highest level in their age group, we aim to have a program for them. Here's an overview of what we offer and how each track is structured.

Sand Camp
June
Sand volleyball builds better volleyball players. On a two-person court, every athlete passes, sets, hits, serves, and defends on every single point — and there's nowhere to hide.
Our July 2026 program is built for motivated boys ages 12-18 who want to sharpen their game in the off-season. Across eight two-hour sessions, players train on two dedicated courts with a head coach and an assistant coach leading small-group instruction. The result: more reps, more feedback, and more opportunity to hone skills.

Foundations
Spring (March–May) &
Fall (August–October)
Foundations is our developmental program, offered twice a year in an 8-week format with one practice per week. Like our camps, Foundations is open to athletes of all ability levels and is designed for players who want to learn thei game, develop or hone core skills, and get a feel for structured volleyball — without the time commitment of a competitive club season.

Club Programs
Fall (Boys) & Winter/Spring (Girls)
Our club programs are designed for the most competitive athletes in their age groups who are ready for a serious training and competition environment. Club athletes practice 2–3 times per week over a roughly 14-16-week season and compete in Saturday tournaments across the greater Salt Lake City area every 2–4 weeks.
Because we build complete, balanced rosters — typically 10–12 athletes per team including setters, middle blockers, pins, and defensive specialists/liberos — spots on club teams are earned through a placement session, and unfortunately we are not able to guarantee placement for every athlete who attends.
Boys Club Placement sessions are held in mid-August, with practices and tournaments running from early September through mid-December.
Girls Club Placement sessions are held in September and October, with practices and tournaments running from early January through early May.
